Ethiopian coffees have always interested us. from the very start of our coffee adventure, they have been eye opening and complex and interesting.
Usually, coffees from Ethiopia are traceable down to a washing station but sometimes we can still pinpoint the farm on the map.
The Danse Mormora farm is one of them.
As for all our Single Origins, we are roasting in very small batch to ensure the quality and freshness of the coffee. As such, there might be an extra day or two of wait after placing an order.

Danse Mormora is a 200-hectare farm near Haro Lebetu. Shakiso, a washing station in Uraga, West Guji, receives cherries from 650 farmers. The fertile soil in this area is red-brown. For the natural process, cherries are dried in the sun on African drying beds for 18-21 days. During the day, the cherries are constantly raked for even drying, covered from 1-3pm to protect them from the hot sun, and protected from rainfall at night.
