Kenya Gatchatha PB Limited Edition
Kenya Gatchatha PB Limited Edition
Southbound Coffee is 2 years old!!
Just like for our first anniversary, we decided to bring another outstanding Kenyan Peaberry coffee to the table.
Fruity, bright, soft yet full of character. This is Gatchatha. Think Ripe red fruits and orange aroma with notes of brown sugar in the nose with a light black tea aftertaste and dark caramel flavours. Good chunk of acidity as well!
We just love it.
Better suited for black coffees. Shines the most in a V60 of a filter but we still enjoyed it in our Aeropress!
As for all our Single Origins, we are roasting in very small batch to ensure the quality and freshness of the coffee. As such, there might be an extra day or two of wait after placing an order.
